There is an organization that has its own phone number on the site. Calls to this phone number should be received by 2 people, but it is not possible for both to take this phone. This problem is solved by ATS. The simplest option is cloud services that will take over the implementation. The specific technical solution depends on what kind of number it is and how it can be provided to you (gsm, analogue, sip, etc.).
