How to read this BPMN diagram correctly?

Good afternoon!
Guys, I'm not an expert in BPMN, so I'm asking for help.
Am I reading this diagram correctly as I suspect a misuse of gateways.
The process is initiated --- then the gateway to two threads --- data entry --- until the data is entered in BOTH threads, the process will not be completed?
Am I reading this diagram correctly?
