How to read records from sd card?

There is a Chinese security camera. The video can be viewed live via wifi, using the icsee application , or on a computer by connecting an sd card from the camera using a card reader.
On the PC, you need them, most likely, a self-written application (because I did not find anything about the developers)

You need to get the records from the sd card, without this application. As it is written on the site, the data is "encrypted", however, when using their software, it opens the records without passwords and everything else. The file system of the card is not displayed, in general, it does not even have "partitions" on it, judging by the windows tool and the minitool partition wizard.

As it says on the site, the data is "encrypted"

They almost certainly lie, but there is still a small probability of encryption, because. there are no standards for DVR as far as I know. Manufacturers work on the principle of "who is in what much."
Typically, cameras and CCTV surveillance systems store recordings as a continuous proprietary stream, which is a mixture of video streams from individual cameras. In general, this is a hodgepodge of either frames or small pieces of recordings.
On registrars of large manufacturers, like Dahua, I think you can find some kind of documentation, but it will most likely be user-made. I do not exclude the availability of any free software.
In general, watching video without a device or if the disk is damaged is a separate task. Here you can see a little more about recovery from DVRs: https://rlab.ru/dvrrecovery/
To understand whether something can be done in your case, you need to study the samples from the memory card on which the video recordings are stored.
