How to read dat video file from dvr recorder?
There is a non-named DVR, I put it on the hard drive to the computer, there are video files in the dat format recorded in the folders,. The volume of hard 2tb, free space was ~ 500mb. Ate, I copied it to my computer (not all files were copied) and it turned out to be read using mpchc, but it plays as if 4 channels were recorded in one file sequentially at intervals of 1-3 seconds. How to read these files correctly and how to copy uncopied files?

Try programs from other DVRs - there are programs for viewing the contents of the hard drive. Most non-name DVRs are OEM clones of popular Dahua models.
The file will not be encrypted, but on video cassettes sometimes without encryption!
