How to reach clients from the second router to samba?

Good afternoon. I have a router installed by the provider (optics is included in the apartment). The router is very bad, there are a lot of devices at home, and it chokes on wifi, the speed within the network drops to 1mb via AC.
Before that there was a Linksys EA8500 with OpenWRT. Right now I connected it (EA8500) via cable to an optical router. There is access to the Internet, but there is no access to the file washer (it is connected to an optical router via LAN). What can I do so that the devices see the file washer located on the optical router?
IP of the optical router: 192.168.1.254
IP EA8500: installed 192.168.2.1
The option to put the file washer on another router will not work, because it is also used as a server with open ports, and I can’t imagine how to open all this through two devices.
Ideally, the task of the EA8500 is simply to distribute WIFI instead of an optical router, since the opt. The wifi router is disgusting, I don’t know why, but every hour the wifi speed drops (even while in the butt). The wire is ok.

I don’t understand why our system admins didn’t write an obvious answer: set lan ip from the same range as the main router.
Turn off dhcp
Plug in Lan to Lan cables
And voila, we have a switch with an access point
There may be other ways that many people know (routing behind nat, etc.) but I only know this way

look here for an answer about the non-routableness of the smb protocol and options to * fight so that at least
sometimes it’s trite to change the network to a higher class, such as 10,0,0,0 or 172 whichever it is at least
