How to re-upload a folder with files / file on github without making changes?

I use SourceTree, the
partner complains that there is not enough folder with files in GitHub (github), in my logs it shows that everything is flooded.
Which command can re-upload a file / folder without making changes to the file itself, there is someone else's dll - you can't change it =)

там только master
