How to re-register a domain for an LLC with an IP?

How can an individual entrepreneur add domains, services previously purchased to the balance, such as a license for a boxed version of the constructor, hosting services. What is the easiest and fastest option? For example, if this is one person, can't you just go to the Registrar's personal account and transfer to LLC? It's just not clear with the documents.

Re-registration has 2 aspects:
I. Technical
II. Legal
I. Technical
1. Domain transfer is a change of domain administrator. An application is written to your registrar with a request to transfer the domain and a statement from the receiving party about consent to accept the domain. Document forms are usually available on the registrar's website.
2. Transfer of a license - you need to look at the terms of the license. But, in the general case, this is done through the owner of the rights - from whom the product was licensed / purchased. It is necessary that not only you change the owner of the license, but also that it was fixed for him (Maybe not necessary, but it depends on the terms of the license.).
3. Hosting services - this is only a legal issue - one contract with an individual entrepreneur is closed and a new contract is concluded with an LLC. Technically, it is just agreed that services/data are not deleted, but transferred to a new contract.
II. Legal
1. Domain transfer. You can transfer it simply after the fact - the LLC did not have a domain and now it appeared - they entered into an agreement with the registrar. Or an agreement is concluded that the IP transfers the domain to LLC - for a fee / free of charge. If it's necessary for some reason. If the transfer is without money, then the contract will not be made, so that there is no reason for the tax to cling.
2. The same about the license - either the transfer is simple after the fact, or the contract.
There is no need to interrupt anything in the Registrar's personal account, because these actions must be documented formally (formally).
