How to raise your VPN with a dedicated IP?

Good afternoon! Due to the nature of my work, I have to use VPN a lot. The problem is that I most often need a VPN from a specific country, and the number of IPs of these countries from service providers is very small, and it is already starting to be insufficient for work (some are blocked, others are simply inaccessible).
So the main question is how to make your VPN in a specific country, and preferably with a dedicated IP? How expensive and realistic is it to do to a person far from IT? Is it worth it in this case to seek help in freelancing?
Thank you!

Well, you rent any minimal server from a hoster in the right country, with a white IP, install minimal Linux on it (for example, a debian thread or fedora right in the most minimal installation) with openvpn and that's it. If you need super security, then the server is rented through third parties and the system is installed through another VPN;)

As for third parties - and so it's clear;)
Then the next question - how to choose a host? Those. How can I look for functionality / offered services from hosters? What to look for when choosing a host?
And another question. After I find all this safely - to whom or where to turn for help? Remember that I am far from IT and the word Linux, Debian is a very dark and dense forest for me.
Thank you!

I recommend buying a VPN from this link. Get a VPS with OpenVPN configured and you can connect and use it in a couple of minutes.
