How to raise macOS on a remote server using virtualization technologies?

Hello.
The task is to raise macOS on a remote server using virtualization.
I heard about solutions from VMWare , but limited information did not allow me to go deeper.
So, what kind of iron will have to collect for this?
What OS to use on the server?
What are the solutions for this?

Yes, VmWare supports different versions of Macs.
On the server - ESXi, the latest version - 6.7 On a separate host - a license is free, you need to register on the vmware website.
Host management - by webmord.
Hardware - vmware is guaranteed to start only on the server, but if you cheat a little, it will start on a regular office car with 16G or more memory.
Solutions for what? vmware has zillions of solutions for everything in the world, but almost all of them are paid :)
