How to raise a proxy server on Windows for Instagram?

Hello. Please tell me how to set up a proxy server on your home PC, to use it when posting on Instagram, through the NovaPress service or SMMplanner. I don't use deferred posting, only posting right away. IP is dynamic, there is only one Instagram account.

I configured it myself, in general, you need the CCProxy program with setting access to the proxy by login + password, configure port forward in the modem to the port specified for http in CCProxy in the modem. Then it is advisable to register your own URL on noip.com so as not to register a new proxy ip each time (this is only necessary when you have a dynamic ip like mine) and install a DDNS client from the same site or configure DynamicDNS in your modem. Then you need to specify all the data on the proxy in the Instagram posting service (unfortunately, for now, only IP addresses and ports can be specified in the services, url noip is not accepted, but I wrote to them, I hope they will add the ability to specify the url in the proxy line, but for now we use 2ip .ru to find out your address, the same address will be the proxy address).
Such a proxy is only suitable when your computer is turned on and has Internet access, in other cases you will either have to buy a VDS in your country or a ready-made proxy (again, in your country).
My method is good in that you will not arouse Instagram's suspicion while posting, MF and ML from services and your own phone / tablet, because. you will have one IP and one country both there and there.
