How to quickly transfer 80 GB of video files?

Friends, give advice, please, how to quickly transfer a large amount of files over the network.
I’ll name a couple of paid cloud storages offhand, but, probably, there are also free ones? Or maybe not cloud, and not storage? Any relevant information would be helpful.
Clarification:
- Mac-Win exchange;
- there are files of 4 GB.

UPD:
Thank you, friends.
BTSync, in the end, did not fit due to the low incoming speed on the receiving side. I was about to pay for one of the clouds, but the incoming speed on the clouds also turned out to be incomparable with the width of my upload channel. Time was very limited, so I had to simultaneously upload to several clouds (Yandex, Dropbox, Google, Box) to fill the entire channel and meet the deadline.

BTsync and HFS are convenient if the action is repetitive, the first option is better. Still, torrents were invented precisely for the transfer of relatively large amounts of data, even with a not quite stable connection (not only for this, but everyone already knows this).
Skype is not the most convenient and reliable option (although if there are problems with stability, you can remember your youth and "play torrent" by packing the data into an uncompressed archive with volumes the size of a floppy disk and transferring them, however, the recipient is tormented to agree with the transfer). Of the "peculiar" methods of transfer, you can also mention TeamViewer (also quite slow, so it's better not to throw large volumes there).
Lifting an FTP server is a chore if you have never done this before. File hosting ... where is my basin?

Send a flash drive by DHL :)
But seriously, you can make a classic torrent file. And even easier - to scatter over several free cloud drives.
