I have a limited amount of resources, there are no additional sources of income, parents, a rich uncle, etc..
It takes literally 2 months of full dedication (literally locked at home) to learn how to produce a product of excellent quality.
The emphasis is on magazines and booklets in pdf, which later people will print on their own printers at home. Therefore, everything related to mass replication, pec. standards, etc. little interest so far.
Please do not offer anything rigidly tied to certain software tools.

Without choosing a specific software tool for work, you will not be able to produce a product of excellent quality, especially in two months.
I would recommend Indesign. Start with a help ; see tutorials ; read specialized forums, for example rudtp.ru .
When you understand how to work in indesign, read about typography, fonts, color correction.
