How to quickly find and navigate to a folder in VSCode?

I can not find a solution in any way how to quickly go to the directory.
For example, I press CTRL+P and enter the folder name:

Finds only files. But sometimes in large projects you want to open the directory. You have to manually go there or through the terminal.

Maybe someone will tell me, I will be grateful.

Try the following:

• go to Keyboard Shortcuts (cmd+k cmd+s)
  
• specify the action workbench.action.files.openFolder in the filter
  
• assign a keyboard shortcut to one of your favorites
