I came up with the idea of ​​a "brilliant" mobile application: the user sends a photo taken from the device, and the application finds a picture of a cat that fits perfectly into the user's photo. The backend of the application with deep learning, which will find or generate the perfect cat, I have already developed and there is an API. I want to quickly sketch out a mobile application with a couple of screens and a chat with support, which I will also raise on my server. I don’t have a budget to hire a developer, I can either learn Dart on my own and build an application (the idea is so ingenious and so hot that I’m afraid someone will implement it before me while I write the details of the questions), or use some kind of constructor (a la tilde or wordpress for mobile applications).
