How to quickly clear the cache in Chrome?

Good afternoon everyone,

Is there any way to quickly clear the cache in chrome? Menu-Settings-Advanced-Delete data is too long. I would like to use a hotkey or a button on the toolbar. I found the only extension that seems to provide similar functionality:

chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/ghgabhipcejejjmhhchfonmamedcbeod?hl=ru

But it says that it does not work on Linux. I have Chromium 9.0.597.84 (72991) Ubuntu 10.10. And from the screenshots, I got the impression that if it worked under Linux, I would write here that it is too cumbersome :)
