Good afternoon, the vps has open lite speed + cyberpanel , I updated them now, I reboot the server, nothing works, even the console and ftp. Not familiar with ubuntu, what are these errors? how to restore the server?

Judging by the abuse, it does not see any disks. Perhaps the native kernel was somehow not assembled / configured in the same way.
Study the boot menu (appears for 8-10 seconds immediately after turning on the machine), there may be an option to load the old kernel.

Judging by the error, the updater broke the hornbeam config. Well, that is, the root section is specified in the boot options, which is not available.
What can be done?
When starting the server, press esc and see what menu items are - maybe the old kernel or some emergency kernel will be loaded. If everything is bad and nothing helps - well, we take Google in the teeth and read the description of the hornbeam commands and try, try, try.
Perhaps this is to discourage experimenting with an unfamiliar system.
