How to quickly change ip address?

It is required to change the ip address every five to ten seconds. I tried extensions for Browsers, it helped a lot, but the number of ip addresses is not more than 30-40 pieces. I also need to update the address with different ip, so that every time there is a new unique address.
What are the solutions?
