How to put Ubuntu next to Windows on 50 machines?

50 identical machines with uefi and Windows installed on a gpt disk, each machine has user data. I removed the partition image from ubuntu (ext4) from the virtual machine using the acronis snap deploy 5 agent. I tested it on a virtual machine with win8, lost the disk. How to make it load?
there was another idea - to load the ubuntu installer, run and install (I didn’t fully understand preseed, there is a risk of losing data), then use sshcluster to deliver the software (a lot of software). limitation - limited internet, for overspending they will knock on the cap. some softins weigh 2-3 GB each, you won’t get pumped up from the repositories. there is an apt-mirror (not mine), downloading from there is not taken into account, but there is junk.

Is it possible to put Ubuntu in vhdx and then register it in the Windows bootloader.
So that I don’t mess with partitions ... Windows 7 worked fine for me in this way.
