How to put together a team for a hackathon?

Good day. I am a 3rd year student and realizing that I have not been taught anything in 3 years, I decided to study programming on my own. I chose C# for myself. I learned the basics, then Win Forms and learned about the existence of hackathons. I want to assemble a team to participate in such events, but I don’t understand anything about team development.
Question: what languages would you recommend to take to the team? Who must be on the team? I heard that there are commands consisting of only one language, but their meaning is not clear to me. In the plan, first one sits down to code, then the second replaces him, then the third, and so on in a circle?

IMHO, it's too early for you to take part in them.
The main point is to solve the problem quickly, so to speak, write a minimally working "application" (if it's not educational, of course). The team is often typed right there =)
I didn’t even understand about “languages” at all, what does it have to do with it ... If the team consists of several programmers, everyone should write in the same language, dividing their areas of responsibility. As such, there are no "newbies" at such events (I can't vouch, of course, but everyone I had a chance to work with was, if not seniors, then good middles).
In my opinion, as such, who should be "necessarily" is not, or depends on the goal.
For example, my friend and I came with a ready-made idea that needed only to be implemented and were looking for a designer. The designer was found while I was discussing with him what, how and why it is better to do it, my friend directly brought it to life. Those. I retrained from a programmer to a manager temporarily. In general, as you distribute the roles, it will be so.
