How to put together a sect?
I have 6 people as a team leader. There will be 8. I have been doing this for literally a month.
Read Sutherland's SCRUM. It’s clear about technology, but not so much about the human factor. Of course, I myself learn from experience, but the opinion of experienced colleagues is interesting.
He writes about the happiness of team members, determined by everything related to their work. It seems to me that these are some kind of American workaholic realities, since in our country no one will move once again f *** (and the gyrus too). In addition, after work, people live their lives where they are also happy, and do not necessarily continue to code, but go to families, friends, other interesting things, and there they are happy. Their life is not subordinated to the idea of implementing a project at work.
Attention question:
What are the tools for connecting these two parts of life from the outside? Or at least stimulate their connection?

see The Godfather, Michael's dialogue with Tom Hagen after the assassination attempt on Michael, where he is about supporters (I can be wrong about the timing of the dialogue)
Good leaders do just the opposite - they do their best to separate the personal life of employees from work.
