How to put Composer on hosting?

I'm a complete beginner, learning from videos on the Internet.
Trying to write the simplest chat bot in PHP, I ran into the following problem: You need to install the library from GitHub; You have to do it via composer; All the related videos I found suggest running Composer via the console.
But the problem is that there is no console on the hosting.
How can I install composer? Only by changing the host or buying VDS?
