How to put an incompatible application on Android 4.4?

I have a Chinese smartphone with an MTK chip, I tried it through the Market Helper, Google Play gave me the error "Unable to install the application, error code -9" - this error is unknown to Google. I tried by editing the build.prop file and eventually killed the firmware. I also tried to install the APK file directly, it says "Application not installed". How to be?
