How to put a strong password on a computer?

Hello.
How can you put a strong password on your computer that cannot be cracked by physical manipulation of the computer? One friend took out an unknown round thing, inserted it, and the password was reset, like the time on the computer.
So the question is, is it possible to protect your computer?

With physical access to the machine, resetting the Windows user password is very easy.
For protection, you can use the built-in bitlocker in Windows - encrypt the system disk, then add a requirement to enter a PIN code at boot.

Set a password for access to the screw. Breaking is more difficult, but the consequences of forgetfulness are sadder.

Use software that does not allow password fraud.

With physical access to the computer, the security level tends to zero.
In your case, reset the BIOS. And reset the bios password. You can additionally put another password on the OS, for example - but this also works differently.
Specifically, in your case - a physical lock on the system unit.
