How to open Login Data from Opera?

Opera has been updated, passwords have disappeared, there is Login Data from the old version to which it returned, but passwords are not displayed. Tried through db browser for sqlite does not see passwords, how and with what to open?

Opera is from the same hell as Chrome. Therefore, there are many utilities for viewing passwords. For example WebBrowserPassView.

this is most likely not possible. Either you need to log in to Opera, or the Login Data file is stolen.
