How to put a script with Bitrix API on cron via the console?

I put on cron a script that uses the Bitrix API.
I put the script itself in php_interface/include

To begin with, I try to execute the script through the console
/usr/bin/php-cgi /home/bitrix/ext_www/dev.site.ru/local/php_interface/include/cron.php
The console throws out the authorization form markup.

Tried to throw a script even in a root - does not help.
How to make it work without authorization request?
