How to put a custom picture on iPhone 5?

I can't find any information on how to put a custom picture (downloaded from the Internet) on the wallpaper. Tell me how?

Open the picture in the dropbox on your phone, click on the "square with an arrow" icon in the upper right corner , click "Save". You open your iPhone photos and put them on the splash screen.

Go to the photo - select the desired photo - click on the square with the arrow at the bottom left - and find the "make wallpaper" button in the lower list
