Do you develop them yourself or download them from the AppStore? in the second case - no way.

If as a user, then nothing, if as a developer, then you can create an additional target xcode for the project and make a different bundleID, I haven’t tried it, but according to the idea it should work

You can change Plist in .ipa, but you can install it on a device with Jailbreak or through a signature.

If you have a developer account (or a friend of yours), you can re-sign the application by changing the Bundle ID, for example using iReSign . There is no other way without jailbreak.
And of course, if you are the developer of this application yourself, then just change the Bundle ID (or create a new target with a different Bundle ID) and that's it.
