How to "pump" Trello?

Of the many project management tools I reviewed, Trello turned out to be the most convenient and flexible, in my opinion, but it also has flaws that
Timeline could n’t cope with. it is difficult for the chart itself to determine the start or end time of a task. And most importantly: in Trello there is only a due date for the task, but there is no way to correctly and conveniently determine the start time or duration. What other services are available for convenient viewing of the timeline for all tasks?

Also interested in the opinion of experienced developers: what difficulties did you encounter when using project management tools? And how did you solve them using Trello? What are no less flexible free (with all the necessary functionality in the free plan) analogues?
