How to pull open Chrome tabs from crashed Windows 10?

When reading in Chrome, the system crashed into a blue screen and could no longer boot. Pulling out all the important files and reinstalling the system is no problem except for one - more than 300 tabs in chrome. And how can I transfer them to a clean axis?

Use bookmarks and sync Chrome with your Google account.
As far as I know, Chrome does not sync open tabs when you close the browser, but you can always look at the history and find the pages you need there.
