Chrome loads the processor by 150-190% even if all tabs are closed.
Disabled all extensions.

The comments indicated how to open the task manager, but they are hidden by default, so I will write here:
- open the Chrome menu (menu key, three dots at the top right)
- select "More Tools"
- click "Task Manager"
- sort by load on the CPU
