How to pull mail from postfix queue?

There is a server, on it there is LAMP, something from it sends spam.
The provider has disabled sending mail from this server.
In the queue for sending, there is a letter that needs to be opened on a computer with Windows 7.
The letter contains Cyrillic text and attachments.
The question is how to save it? Letter ID is known.
