How to publish from word 2010 to wordpress 4.2.2, without word styles?

I have a self-designed wordpess template that has its own css styles. We use publishing from Word 2010 and posting articles on our blog, which causes a hundred unnecessary operations to remove styles imported from Word. I'd like to avoid posting these styles to the blog at best. At worst, the server will cut off all attributes from HTML tags. Has anyone encountered such a problem in practice?
