How to upload tracks to the player application so that there are no problems with copyright holders?
I would like to upload mp3 tracks of the desired tracks to my server and play them from there.
Or use any of the services (spotify/apple music/google music/deezer/...) as a server and play tracks from there.
At what stage can there be problems with copyright holders? Even at the time of the publication of the application in the playmarket / applestore with the first content or later, when the application is working specifically for each track?
If you specify links to this track in spotify / apple music and other services for a track, will this be considered as a preview of the track for purchase? Vkontakte, many post music and everyone listens to it, it seems that there are no problems.

if needed for the application - download from paid audiojungle.net or free stocks
check and fulfill the license conditions
if the tracks themselves - copy the model of Zaitsev and the mentioned VKontakte
