Windows 8 licensing with downgrade option

There is a park of machines on Windows XP, 7 (not licensed in the domain) 15 pieces.
The server (Server 2003EE) is responsible for AD, DHCP, 1C Accounting/Human Resources.

The authorities set the task of licensing the whole thing.
Given the recent release of Windows 8, we are interested in what legalization packages we need to purchase (now we just stick COA stickers) for the subsequent transition to 8ku.

Well, is it advisable to buy Win Svr Std 2008R2 RUS OLP NL for this kit?

The following thing appeared in the December price list: MSFQC-06489-SD534152 , WinPro 8 SNGL OLP NL Legalization GetGenuine wCOA for about 4500 rubles.
The server is needed in 2012, in fact, OLP will not sell you another one.

Now it’s better to buy Server 12 right away - there are a lot of interesting goodies, especially if you are going to buy and switch to Win8.

By purchasing Windows Server 2012, you will be able to use previous versions of server operating systems up to Windows Server 2003 (possibly Windows Server 2000, check yourself), observing versioning (Std., Ent., Datacenter), of course. At the same time, for new installations, you must have the necessary distributions. On live systems, you can replace illegally obtained serial numbers with numbers obtained from Microsoft.
By purchasing Windows 8, you will be able to use Windows XP.
All these features are available so-called. to corporative clients.
