How to proxy SIP calls?
The home provider provides SIP telephony, but you can only connect to the server from the provider's network. I want to use it all over the world via mobile Internet and so on. Can I set some proxy server specifically for SIP? I do not want to use a VPN, then all traffic will go through the house.

Asterisk or FreeSWITCH will do the job just fine.
They can be installed on some routers and NAS-s.
Apparently we are talking about Beeline. I put Asterisk on the router, as Vladimir Vladimir advised you , and everything worked with a bang. Only here Asterisk with Beeline was not a very trivial task to make friends, but in general the question is not very complicated.
