How to proxy an audio stream?

Hello,
I work in a bank. The Internet was unrestricted until last week, when social networks and news portals were "temporarily" blocked in the wake of the viral hysteria. The radio that I listen to has stopped working - blocked by url.
I have a virtual machine in Frankfurt, how would I use it to proxy the stream? Preferably by express. A cursory googling yielded no results.
