Assign your copyright to reprisals against these bad people to a knowledgeable organization, and let it handle it for you (if it agrees, of course).
The first thing that may come to mind is the Free Software Foundation [0] itself, but today this, in fact, is no longer their profile.
Now it is rather part of another, albeit indirectly related to them and already also a very respected organization - the Software Freedom Conservancy (“Reserve of Software Freedom”, literally). [1]

remembered from some movie: if you offer everyone who wants sex without a condom, then why buy them ...
