How to bypass music copyright in Telegram?

Good afternoon. I will describe my problem:
I had a public channel in Telegram with music. All content consisted of Russian/Western rap. After 4 months of work, a message comes from Telegram technical support, in which it was said that Universal Music Group filed a complaint due to the fact that it was possible to download tracks of their artists in the channel ("was violating intellectual property rights by publishing media files or links to download media files by Universal Music Artists"). They also attached a list of UMG artists, there are 37,000 artists, almost all of my content consisted of them. A few hours later, the channel was blocked on the iPhone. In turn, I deleted all the tracks, and reported this to technical support. A few days later, the channel was blocked on Android as well.
I started my communication with technical support, during which I found out:
1. Even if the channel is private from the very beginning, UMG can file a complaint against it. According to technical support, they can join the channel and only then file a complaint.
2. You can’t leave links in the channel to download tracks of UMG artists that lead to any other channels - they can also file a complaint for the link.
3. To my question: “How often do they complain about a private channel?”, The answer was: “Yes”.
Now what I learned from other Telegram channel admins.
1. There have been no cases of blocking private channels yet, and Telegram just scares you so as not to create unnecessary problems for yourself with UMG.
2. For the publication of links leading to other sources (another channel or site) they cannot be banned.
3. Blocking of public channels happens frequently and cannot be avoided except by not publishing UMG artist tracks.
I would like to know who is right and who is wrong. What are the chances that a private channel will be blocked? Can I post links? Is it possible to get around this problem other than not posting their artist's content?
I would be grateful for any information, thanks.

I don't understand the question. What does "who is right and who is wrong" mean? Technical support told you that it is forbidden to publish links, your channel has already been blocked. They have the authority to do so. You never know what other admins say. If the turn has not yet reached them, this does not mean that it will never come. Telegram has some rules today, others tomorrow. Today you can publish, tomorrow you can not. ъ
It's like if they tell you: yes, I parked under the sign 100 times, nothing happened, and you park.
It is necessary to read the persons. Agreement or whatever they have.
