How to protect information that is available in a limited number of copies of "Inside"?

There is information it is valuable within 24 hours. What would you advise so that 10 people could buy information and it would not go further, and even worse if it went for resale?

Sell your information with a copy protection device. Iron can be made so secure that hacking is too expensive.
Web services also use this, it's just for implementation.
For example, a database - set time limits for requesting a unit of data (preferably for a certain number of them), so that automatic systems would not be able to scan the entire database in 24 hours.

Covertly mark each copy with some unique feature. As soon as a leak reaches you (when the thread), you will determine by this sign who is leaking the data, and so on. next time you will not share them with him.

Not at all, unless you control these ten people enough that you can guarantee that they will not leak it to ten more people (and those ten more, etc.).
