Access block devices on Android without root via exploit?

Adnroid 7
Kernel 4.1.18
Device Huawei p10
Build date October 2017
EMUI 5.1
After a hard reset, you need to restore all the data, for this you need to copy all sections of the flash memory, but without root you can not access block devices / dev / block / mm * .
Unblocking the bootloader and rutting is not like it. in this case, there will be a hard reset again, and the data may be frayed again. Perhaps there is a way to bypass the hard reset by pulling out the battery in time, but I don’t know when it’s time to not screw up the device.
As an option, I see finding some kind of lobo exploit, which will allow you to either get temporary root rights, or access partitions, or connect the device to the computer as mass storage.
Can anyone recommend a CVE with a working exploit or other solution?
I tried Dirty COW myself, but it was fixed in the firmware.

You need an eeprom programmer, dump and restore data from the image using a known method. sort of like that.

Why is the cycle based on recursion?
Here is the news
A small loop known in advance by the number of steps can be implemented by a simple repetition.
Otherwise - jump - this is how it is done in assembler. jump is analogous to goto
