Is it possible to protect blog text from being copied using some extensions in the CMS or JavaScript? What are the ways to prevent selection and copying of text?
Is there a service that makes it possible to maintain such a secure blog?

HTML is defenseless. You can remember about java and flash or even about protection in pdf, and dilute it all with mobile applications. You can also use svg instead of html in which the letters will be represented by curves. Stealing will become more difficult, but not impossible.
