We decided to do it on wordpress with automatic script installation in the right directories. For example, wordpress in the null folder located on the blog.company.com domain is empty, but configured as it should be for our company to work.
With a simple php script using a primitive "admin panel", where the last name, first name, position and last name are entered in English letters, we create a directory with the name of the last name (in Latin letters), the same last name is written in config as a prefix for the database.
