How to properly share your mailbox?

You need to give access to several people to read the inbox, so as not to redirect letters and so that they themselves choose the correspondence they need - and how to track which letters they pick up?

The simplest scheme in this case is just a redirect, why was it immediately dismissed?
Here you have an [email protected] mailbox, here is a redirect from it (or sending a copy) to [email protected], if the subject of the letter contains the word JOB, for example.
This is all configured on the mail server, although I think it can be done in a mail client such as thunderbird.
