Specify what exactly is required: to have mailboxes in your domain or send mail from the server.
In the first case, you can use any of the mail for the domain, free biz.mail.ru, pdd.yandex.ru.
In the second case, it depends on how exactly the hoster "does not allow", for example, whether sending letters through submission is allowed, if the service basically does not allow connections outside, then the answer is "no way". If submission is allowed and the amount of mail is small - register the mailbox as in paragraph 1 and send with authorization.
