How to properly set up this network?

There was a problem of creation of a grid on 2 columns. There is a container 940px (it turns out these 940px for 100 inner blocks). On the left side there is a block in which there are 2 blocks nav-main-left and nav-slider-right. And on the right is div class="bar" (not in div class="main" ) .
The question is how to make the div class="main" be 80% of the width of container which is 940px and the div class="bar" 20%. And in turn, the 2 blocks nav-main-left and nav-slider-right that are in the div class="main" occupied 20% and 80% respectively, only 100% of the width for them was not from the 940px container, but from the div class= "main"?
