How to properly set up snippets?

Installed phpstorm 8.0.2, trying to use Live Templates, but some snippets just don't show up in tooltip. I am working with a js file and I have such a list in the settings.

What could be the problem? Is there a re-indexing of tips somewhere?

Try File -> Invalidate Caches/Restart
