PhpStorm flashes whole window when switching from another window in mac osx why?

I sit calmly in my browser, I wanted to switch to phpstorm, I swipe with four fingers, phpstorm appears, but for half a second the entire window flashes white, very annoying. It's like imagine that when you turn your head every 90 degrees, a flash hits your eyes for half a second.
How to fix it? It looks like the window is being redrawn.

Problem with video or java.
Try updating kexts or reinstalling java
