How to properly set up multi-level discounts through cart rules?

The trouble is:
Created multiple discounts for each of the goods (when importing goods)
Priority 1
Sorting 100
Then I make additional rules for the promotion:
30% for the ENTIRE new collection
Priority 5
Sorting 10
Stop applying discounts at the current priority level V
50% for the brand CCC, new collection
Priority 5
Sorting 7
Stop applying discounts at the current priority level V
10% for AAA and BBB brand, new collection
Priority 5
Sorting 5
Stop applying discounts at the current priority level V
When viewing the catalog and product card - everything is OK, the percentage is calculated right.
BUT if you put each product from various discounts in the basket - then the game begins:

Those discounts that were originally for each product (n 1 grade 100) - ok
But the rest all come down to one, naturally with the lowest sorting indicator.
But why?
How to make the discount rules match in the catalog and cart?

You just didn't read the product documentation carefully.
If you dig into the documentation (I'm quoting an example from the blog , but it's also in the documentation), you can see that the discounts are applied sequentially across the application matrix. First, ALL discounts of the minimum priority are worked out, that is, according to P (priority) and C (oritration): P1S1, P1S2, P1S10, and then P2S1, P2S4 .... Thus, P1S2 will be completed before P2S1.
Thus, the order of your rules is as follows:
10% for the AAA and BBB brands, if the new collection does not work out, go further than
50% for the CCC brand, if the new collection does not work out, go further than
30% for the entire new collection
In order to diagnose this situation, you need to:
1) Screenshots of discount conditions (as they are written in the basket rules 1 and 2 tabs)
2) Data for 3 products: what category they belong to (and in general all the parameters that are involved in paragraph 1)
