How to properly set up an RSS feed?

Good day to all, dear sirs. I just can’t connect the RSS feed to my wordpress site
RSS feed: ru.oxu.az/feed
Why I chose their site for RSS (they have a very cool RSS created, each category has its own feed, and in each language the same )
But there is one problem. I just can’t do it on my Wordpress site, set up thumbnails, I use the RSS Autopilot plugin. He coolly takes all the news, distributes it into categories. But he takes the thumbnails of the entry from the news itself, that is, if there is no photo in the news itself on ru.oxu.az, then there will be no thumbnails on wordpress, and if there are other photos in the entry on ru.oxu.az besides the thumbnail, then on thumbnails are visible on my site.
The question is how to configure it correctly so that Wordpress can rob posts from the feed, with a thumbnail as well.
