Which "cloud" service like Inoreader should I move from the RSS reader to and what should I do with the accumulated tags?

If technically everything was a little easier, then I wouldn’t have to rack my brains, as well as regret what I had done ...
Well, I’ve been sitting on QuiteRSS for two years, even the post о нем писал. Но вот незадача: из-за скудного состава команды разработчиков у них пока не нашлось времени на синхронизацию ни с TT-RSS, ни с Feedly; впрочем, гораздо хуже то, что при огромном количестве лент (свыше полтораста штук), непрочитанных новостей и цейтноте многие сообщения висят мертвым грузом, отжирая совокупно целых 500 Мб RAM, тогда как их можно было бы загрузить на сервер и уменьшить нагрузку на ОС. По функциональности, так-то, программа отменная. А уж метки для новостей меня покорили еще тогда. Они-то и «сгубили» в конечном счете: из-за особенностей формата RSS, их вроде как невозможно экспортировать никуда. Выход один, похоже,― снести метки, а новости отправлять куда-нибудь в Pocket/Raindrop или Wunderlist (увы, QuiteRSS обучен лишь Pocket'у). И там уже тегировать их и дальше разбираться, что к чему.
Собственно, из-за этого пока не могу решиться на переезд с QuiteRSS в пользу чего-то «облачного». Не понимаю, что делать с накопившимися метками. Жалко хоронить их, а затем восстанавливать вручную (всё равно помеченные новости «сгорят»), хотя очевидно, что в нынешний век кросс-платформенности держать ссылки в автономном RSS-агрегаторе ― затея не самая эффективная. Ибо делает заложником такого подхода и конкретного приложения. Имхо, RSS-читалку не стоит превращать в коллекцию закладок.
Из пожеланий к рассматриваемым кандидатурам выделил бы
а) наличие софта для Win 8.1, в идеале ― переносного;
б) метки (категории, теги либо ярлыки), разумеется;
c) setting up automatic deletion of old news - so that you can manually select feeds for which old news will be stored for quite a long time, as well as specify the period after which the news will be considered obsolete and subject to deletion; • Feedbin - Screenshots from OS X on the main page are mesmerizing. However, beauty requires sacrifice, that is, $3 per month. In addition, under Win, only a couple of Metro applications were found to be wasteful of screen space; • SynRSS is a strange thing. On desktop, it is only available through a browser.
d) support for various social services (in addition to social networks and the usual Pocket, let it be at least different to-do-things like the same Wunderlist);
e) the ability to accept & update at any time about 200-300 feeds on a free account;
f) work offline (optional, but welcome);
g) three-column interface.
I found the following options:
• BazQux Reader - judging by the line Start your free trial today, paid, besides, there is no separate client for Windows 8.1;
• The Old Reader - up to 100 tapes in the free version, the paid version costs $3/month, there is only an application for Chrome that has not been updated for more than a year;
• NewsBlur - up to 64 feeds on a free account, if you want more - $3/month, software under Win 8.1 or no browsers detected;
• Feedly - once (and maybe still) was part of the group of leaders in the segment. The number of feeds on a free account is unlimited, for search, interaction with Pocket (!) and faster updates, they ask for $5.41/month, or about $65 per year . Meanwhile, users of this service often complain about failures in the processing of RSS feeds. There is an application for Chrome (apparently, only online) and five applications for the not very compact Metro UI;
• Inoreader - Considered to have picked up the banner that Feedly had missed, it is a highly effective solution today. However, there are spots on the sun. In the case of Inoreader, this is a limited functionality of the basic account , the impossibility, if I translated correctly, to set a filter for all tapes, in addition, there is a limit on the number of unread channels (1000, but tolerable). In order to introduce a filter for 10 and 30 feeds, respectively, you have to pay $1.25/2.50 within the Starter and Pro accounts. As for the software, only the Chrome application is available, which is unknown if it works offline;
Which of these will satisfy my indiscriminate appetite for information? An additional question for the seasoned: how are the “cloud” services for reading RSS doing with points c) and d)?

UPD к посту. AOL Reader ― похоже, бесплатен. Имеются приложения под Android и iOS, однако владельцы декстопов вынуждены довольствоваться веб-версией. Интерфейс выполнен добротно, доступно несколько видов просмотра, в т.ч. трехколоночный. Авторизация ― при помощи AOL-аккаунта или учетных записей в Twitter, Facebook и Google. Присутствуют теги и интеграция с Pocket, Evernote и прочими. В общем, серьезный конкурент Feedly и Inoreader'у.
Еще пара проектов:
• Feedspot.com ― нечто онлайновое. Но такую сиротливую главную страницу в 2015 г. иметь неприлично. Ни одного скриншота нет. Вместо этого нужно кликнуть по плашке «What is Feedspot» для того, чтобы увидеть красочное описание сервиса (на английском, правда). «Коммуникабельность» на уровне: «Feedspot Gold offers seamless integrations with Facebook, Twitter, Evernote, Pocket, Instapaper, Readability and Buffer to help streamline your workflows». Кроме того, якобы можно настроить получение RSS на почту и бэкапить БД в Dropbox. Так и не удалось понять, действительно ли это бесплатно. Конфиденциальность? Про шифрование данных ничего не сказано в разделе Privacy, зато там говорится вот что: «Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our websites or sign into our Services. Feedspot uses Log Data to provide our Services and to measure, customize, and improve them». Итого: я бы стал этим пользоваться только в крайнем случае.
• CommaFeed ― «Bloat-free feed reader» с исходниками на GitHub. Вещь нишевая, но всё-таки неординарная с точки зрения концепции. По поверхностным впечатлениям на порядок уступает Inoreader'у.
• RSSdose ― онлайн-агрегатор. Просит $16 в год. Несколько скриншотов. Имеет приложение для Android. Что ж, идем дальше.
• FeedReader online ― всё ясно из названия. Мимо. Тем не менее своего пользователя наверняка сия незамысловатая программа нашла.
• Feed Wrangler ― в отношении «материального» софта рассчитана только на устройства от Apple. За $19 в год юзер получает кучу плюшек. По понятным причинам отпадает.
